Due to sustained growth our sales team has newly created roles for energetic forward thinking professionals who will help us grow even further. Our sales office is located at our Mulgrave office with easy access to both parking and public transport. The role sits within our sales team reporting to a Sales Manager.

What will you be doing?

• Building rapport with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Identifying and acting on all opportunities to build trust and rapport and provide the best energy saving solutions for the customer

• Endeavour to resolve customer queries on the first occasion and manage expectations correctly

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer account information

• Working with a new and exclusive product.
